and then you have less time becauseyou're taking care of an infant so that's just something to be aware of ifketo is working great for you if you're using it to control a chronic conditionI definitely would discuss it with your care provider and tell them you areplanning on keeping on with it and maybe they can do an electrolyte panel moreoften for you and make sure you're getting the electrolytes that both youand your baby need and they can probably provide some support for some foods toinclude that you might not have thought of to keep your calories up to groweveryone involved so that's what I would do for pregnancy and breastfeeding I amperfectly happy going on the ketogenic diet I probably wouldn't do somethinglike the gapps intro because it is such a detoxifying thing but the
